We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App free of charge during the trial period(14 days) for personal or commercial evaluation purposes.
Upon purchasing a Grabl Pro license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on thenumber of devices permitted by your license. Your license key may be transferred to another device by deactivating iton the current device.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. All prices are as listed at https://grabl.app at the time of purchase.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at contact@grabl.app within 14 days of purchase.
Grabl integrates with third-party cloud storage services (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox). By connectingthese services you agree to their respective terms of service. We have no control over and accept no responsibility forthe availability, security, or content of third-party cloud providers.Files uploaded via Grabl are transferred directly from your device to the cloud provider. We do not access, store, orprocess your files.
The App, including its design, code, and assets, is the exclusive property of Grabl and is protected by intellectualproperty laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, includingbut not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grabl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption,arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App inthe twelve months preceding the claim.
