Your license key was included in your purchase confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy. If you're unable to locate it, please reach out to us at contact@grabl.app and we'll help you recover it.
Open Settings > License on your current device and click Cancel Subscription to deactivate it there. Then activate using the same license key on your new device.

You can upgrade at any time by clicking "Upgrade to Grabl Pro" in the app's options menu, or by visiting the License tab in Settings and clicking "Get "Pro" access"
Open Settings > License, paste your license key into the input field, and click Activate. Your Pro features will be unlocked immediately.

Yes. Grabl works fully offline for local file operations. An internet connection is only needed for cloud uploads, license activation, and checking for updates. If you're offline, your activated license remains valid for a grace period of 7 days.
Grabl does not collect personal data or send usage analytics. The only external communication the app makes is for license validation and checking for updates.
Yes. Your license key and activation data are stored locally on your device and are never shared with third parties beyond the license validation service (Lemon Squeezy).
Grabl never stores your cloud passwords. Authentication is handled securely through each provider's official OAuth flow — Grabl only retains an access token, just like any other app you connect to Google Drive or Dropbox.
